Hayward - Janice On April 18th 2016. Fell asleep in the presence of her loved ones, aged 62 years. Treasured wife of Ron, adored mum of Ann and Stephen and wonderful mum in law to Rik and Jodie. The best .Nanny Jan' to Caitlin, Alyssa, Ellie, Alanah, Hollie, William and Callum. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at St David's Hospice for the undivided care and support given to Jan and her family. Funeral mass takes place on Wednesday 4th May 2016 at Church of the Sacred Heart, Old Colwyn at 12 noon, followed by committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium.
