Barker, Ronald Edward (Ron) 6th May 2018 Passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital and of Colwyn Bay aged 81 years. Beloved husband to Cathy, dearly loved father of Jennifer and Jane, cherished granddad of Jessica and Sam and a much loved father in law to Steve and Steve. Formerly of Yorkshire, Ron worked in Radio Communications and Information Technology all his life including the Merchant Navy, Fylingdales near Scarborough, Honeywell, Littlewoods and SD Scicon. Ron had close links with St Paul's Church, Colwyn Bay, Upper Colwyn Bay Community Centre, local Probus Group, local Scrabble Club and Rhos on Sea Golf Club. Ron will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends and associates. Funeral Service and Committal to be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Friday 1st June 2018 at 11.45am.
