Fresh from her stint on ITV's The Voice, Colwyn Bay singer Tesni Jones is coming home.
For the first time since she was 17-years-old Jones will step foot onto the stage at Thetare Colwyn to perform a wide range of songs from her every growing repertoire.
In an interview with the Pioneer, she said: "I am so excited, the band is amazing, I have a big show planned and I just can't wait to come and perform in Theatr Colwyn.
"The most exciting thing about performing in Colwyn Bay is I get to perform in front of my family and friends. My parents haven't seen me live in over 10 years.
"This is going to be really special as I am getting to make a dream of mine come true."
Jones started her career at Theatr Colwyn in a pantomime at the age of 17 and from there has just gone onwards and upwards.
She joined Welsh girl group Pheena at the age of 17 before coming a part of the Holland based group XYP who had five top-10 singles including a number one.
In 2007 she had her son Sean and took a step back from music. But has began slowly gettting back into music in the past few years including a stint on the most recent series of The Voice.
Although she was knocked out in the battle round she said she was still able to learn a lot from the coaches and the other singers on the show.
Since then she has been in the studio writing, performing and recording songs, while organising a summer tour, which the Theatr Colwyn stop is a part of.
The show is set to showcase Jones' developing vocals with some pop from her past - including some music from her days with Pheena, some rock, which she said has suited her more recently since her stint on The Voice and even a bit of soul.
Tickets are on sale now and Jones said the front row has already sold out, so get in quick.
She added: "I want to thank everyone for the support I have had."
