Road, Powys, Welshpool, SY21
to sell alcohol from 0600hrs –
2430hrs Monday to Saturday
1000hrs – 1630hrs Sunday. The
licensing register and a record of
the application may be inspected
at the offices of between 0830hrs
– 1645hrs Monday to Friday
except public holidays. Any representation
by a responsible
authority or an interested party
must be made in writing to the
council by 22nd September
2010.
It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application,
for which a person is liable
on summary conviction to a
maximum fine of £5,000.

An application has been made for the grant of a premises licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place:-Sale of alcohol on the premises, Provision of regulated entertainment and Provision of late night refreshment.
