(40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2013
On 21st May 2013 Denbighshire County Council made an Order under sections 82(2) 83(2) 84(1) and
84 (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which comes into effect on 27 May 2013.
The effect of the Order is to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road specified in the
Schedule to this notice.
Copies of the Order, together with plans showing the lengths of road to which the Order relates may be
examined at St. Asaph Library, The Roe, St. Asaph and at County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin during
normal opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that
it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any
requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the
Order, you may within six weeks from 2

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ORDER 2013
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 & 16A
NATIONAL EISTEDDFOD OF WALES
Denbighshire County Council has made an Order which will impose temporarily a 30 mph speed limit
along the length of road referred to in the Schedule below, because works are proposed to be executed
on or near the roads in connection with preparatory work for the setting up of and holding of the National
Eisteddfod of Wales which affects the length of road referred to in the Schedule below.
The reason for the restriction is therefore to reduce vehicle speeds on the said length of road and improve
safety to accommodate the National Eisteddfod.
The Order comes into force on Monday 13 May, 2013 and will remain in force for a period of eighteen
months. The anticipated duration of the restriction is approximately 3 months.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 20 DYSERTH
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any pedestrian from proceeding along
Public Footpath No 20 Dyserth in the County of Denbigh which extends from OS Grid Reference SJ E
05808 N 79663 to OS Grid Reference SJ 05951 79732.
The reason for the closure is to because of an unsafe wall and consequent danger to the public.
There is no alternative route available.
The Order comes into force on 1st May 2013, and will remain in force for a period of six months or until
the completion of the works whichever is the earlier.
