Semi-wild kittens at last find a home

IT IS a happy ending as three kittens born wild finally find a new home.

Sirius, Vega and Denab, named after the night stars they were born and lived under, were found living feral in Towyn recently.

They were rescued by staff at Colwyn Bay and District Cats Protection, after two of their littermates were run over.

Julie Parry, of the Cats Protection group, said last week: “The kittens have all been re-homed together to a lady who has experience of homing and handling semi-feral domestic cats.”

A number of rescued cats are still in need of a loving home, and many supported by the charity including Poppy, a black and white longhair who was found in a shed in Rhyl in March.

To find out about the cats in care, call the homing officer on 01492 515616 or visit www.colwyn.cats.org.uk.
