Jordan Evans scored 28 off 29 balls, while top scorer Mike Bates with 45 Zack Gidlow (27) and Arthur Jones 19 saw the Bay past double figures.
Bates (6 for 23) and Ryan Holtby (2 for 34) rattled through the Hightown line-up, putting victory within reach at 61 for eight, but the elements proved to be the deciding factor as rain stopped play.
