GET ready for a barrage of uncompromising gags as the most controversial British comedian of recent times comes to Llandudno.
Tickets are on sale now for Frankie Boyle’s gig at Venue Cymru on November 14 as part of his The Last Days of Sodom tour.
Glasgow-born Boyle’s latest gigs are billed as a “final tour, to heal Britain's fools, to offer the inchoate laughter of despair to a culture in freefall.”
The comic has garnered scorn and adulation in equal measures ever since he came to prominence as perhaps the most popular stand up on hit BBC panel show Mock the Week.
Controversy and complaints have stalked Boyle since leaving the show in 2009.
His Channel 4 sketch show Frankie Boyle’s Tramadol Nights was a prime example, with one joke about Katie Price’s son Harvey drawing particular anger.
However, behind the hype is a genuinely skilled comedian who can conjure up hilarious material, as sell out tours and two DVDs have shown.
The gig is sure to be a memorable one, so book now to enjoy the much talked-about mirth merchant ply his trade.
Tickets are £25. To book, contact the Venue Cymru box office on 01492 872 000, or visit www.venuecymru.co.uk.
