CONWY Land Rover has been offering their assistance to those in need as snow continues to hit communities.
In a kind-hearted gesture, the branch provided three of their 4x4 vehicles to assist North Wales emergency services during the snowy period. This helped reduce transport problems caused by snow for those in need of emergency help in the Wrexham, Bangor and St Asaph areas.
A vehicle was also provided for the district nurse in Llandudno to ensure that any problems could be dealt with efficiently, with discussions with the police over extra vehicle provision ongoing.
A spokesman for the company said: “If we could help then why not?
“Our cars are capable of dealing with these conditions - it is what they’re made for.”
There have been a number of incidents and road closures across the North Wales area over the last few days due to the wintry weather.
For anyone in the Conwy area in need of emergency services but unable to reach them due to snowy conditions, telephone Land Rovers customer helpline on 01492 580000 to see if they can help.
