More than 700 residential and commercial properties within the Old Colwyn area were affected by power faults this morning.
Issues were reported to Scottish Power at about 11.15am this morning who immediately sent engineers out to fix the problem.
A Scottish Power spokesperson said: "It was found there was a fault in the overhead network cable.
"We were alerted at around 11.20am this monring and had engineers out as quickly as possible to start restoring the supply to the area.
"The last property came back online at about 12.45pm. We apologise for any inconvinience these issues may have caused people."
Stores including those in Colwyn Bay's Bay View Shopping Centre were affected.
