The Colwyn Bay Tennis Centre, located in Parc Eirias, is set to go on the market.
Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) will begin advertising the lease for the Colwyn Bay Tennis Centre this week to see if there is interest from the private sector to operate Colwyn Bay-based site.
This month, through an open tender process, the Council will invite proposals from interested parties wanting to secure a short to medium term lease to run the centre.
Cabinet member for community development, Cllr Mark Baker, said, “This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop and improve tennis in the area; it’s an excellent facility for those with passion and enthusiasm for the sport.
"There’s potential to expand the facilities and the tennis activity and we’re looking forward to see what proposals come forward.”
The tender will be advertised this week.
