A HOLIDAY park operator has unveiled one of the most expensive North Wales holiday homes near Conwy.

The £399,000 lodge is located on a beach side plot at Aberconwy Resort and Spa and has panoramic views of the North Wales coast.

The lodge sleeps six and comes with a master bedroom with its own wet room, and a large double walk-in shower and walk-in wardrobe. Across the hall is a second double bedroom.

It has a fully fitted kitchen with appliances and an integrated coffee machine, a five burner gas hob, eye level oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and dual washer and dryer.

Two sets of bi-fold doors allow the property to be flooded with a natural light.

Samantha Lambert, marketing manager of Darwin Escapes, the park's operators, said: “Since the announcement of Brexit, we have seen an increase in the number of people looking to buy a holiday home in the UK.

“Our customers include everyone from professional footballers to retirees who want somewhere to take the grandchildren. Some spend most of the year abroad but keep a lodge as a base for visiting friends and family. They look for exceptional retreats to relax and unwind.”
