A female has been taken to Glan Clwyd Hospital following an accident near Glan Conwy this morning.
North Wales Police, Fire and Rescue Service and Welsh Ambulance were all called to a field in the Dolwen and Bryn-a-Maen area at about 6am this morning.
The roof had to be cut off the car to rescue the woman, who had made the call to police herself, while fire services attended to smoke coming from the car's bonnet.
While the lady was taken to Glan Clwyd Hospital her injuries have since been described as minor.
Roads were closed temporarily but re-opened again at about 8.30am. The incident is not being investigated further.
