A MAN has been been arrested for affray following an incident in Colwyn Bay.
The 'concern for safety' incident happened earlier this morning. Greenfield road and Victoria Avenue were cordoned off during the incident.
Junction 21, which was closed off, has now re-opened to traffic.
Earlier this morning, our reporter attended the scene.
A spokesman for The Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We were called today at approximately 9am and we sent one emergency ambulance."
A spokesman for North Wales Fire and Rescue said: "We sent one appliance from Colwyn Bay and are assisting the police and ambulance service at the scene."
A spokesperson from North Wales Police said: "Victoria Avenue, #ColwynBay incident has ended safely, with a man arrested for affray.
"All roads will re-open shortly. Thank you for your patience."
