New equipment has zipped into the paddling pool play area in Rhos-on-Sea.
Councillor Roger Parry, from the Llandrillo-yn-Rhos electoral division, has helped raise more than £11,000 to install a new zip line in the corner of the playground for children.
The new item will compliment the paddling pool and other equipment already in place in the Rhos-on-Sea park.
Cllr Parry said: "It will improve this already great area. We ahve spent a lot of money improving the paddling pool, and that is ongoing.
"So it is good to be able to spend some money on new equipment. It is in a good spot, where it is not impeding on anyone."
Two benches have also been brought from the Cowlyn BID for the play area.
The zip lines have already been installed and have already become a popular piece of equipment in Rhos-on-Sea.
