A MAN has been flown to Stoke following a crash in Betws y Coed.
The man, a foreign national, is in critical condition after being hit by a blue Ford Fiesta while walking on the A5 outside the Swallow Falls Hotel on Monday.
Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following the collision
A spokesman for North Wales Police said: "The incident occurred on at around 5.40pm yesterday (Monday) August 6 on the A5 outside Swallow Falls Hotel in Betws y Coed.
"A male pedestrian was in collision with a blue Ford Fiesta car which was travelling in the direction of Capel Curig.
"The man, a foreign national, was flown to hospital in Stoke where he remains in a critical condition."
