A MAN of 30 has been sent for crown court trial charged with wounding his 53 year old mother with intent and also possessing a kitchen knife.
Thomas Boardman of Gordon Avenue, Rhos on Sea appeared before magistrates at a special weekend court at Llandudno.
Applying for a remand in custody Nia Lloyd alleged that the Rhos-on-Sea incident occurred in the early hours of Friday and that Amanda Boardman sustained cut fingers.
Defence solicitor Dafydd Roberts applied for bail and this was granted.
Conditions are that Boardman lives with an aunt at Putney, London and does not contact his mother and another aunt.
Boardman will appear at Caernarfon crown court on September 10.
