COLWYN Bay FC’s opening JD Cymru Premier game against Caernarfon Town on Sunday, August 13 will be an all-ticket affair.

There will be no cash admissions on the day of the game, so it is essential that supports purchase their ticket in advance.

Tickets will be on sale at the Bay’s home ground, the 4 Crosses Construction Arena, next week – times will be confirmed on its website and social media platforms in due course.

Registered members and season ticket holders will gain admission on showing their cards.

Caernarfon Town fans, who will be allocated the Shed End stand, will be able to purchase tickets via their club.

The game will get underway at 5.15pm.

Colwyn Bay FC had been due to host Liverpool’s under-21s last weekend, but the friendly between the two teams was cancelled just days prior.

The Bay said Liverpool informed the club that, due to a number of their under-21 players receiving first team call-ups, the game could no longer go ahead.

The friendly had initially been confirmed in May, after Colwyn Bay were crowned JD Cymru North champions a month earlier.

Colwyn Bay will compete in the Cymru Premier, the top tier of Welsh football, for the first time in their history this season.
