EMERGENCY services are in attendance at a fire a property in Colwyn Bay.
Five fire crews and officers from North Wales Police are at the scene of the blaze, at Woodland Park West.
The fire service said there were no reports of any casualties, and warned people to avoid the area "for the time being".
A North Wales Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We are dealing with a house fire in Woodland Park West, Colwyn Bay.
"Five fire engines are in attendance.
"NWP are also at the scene to assist with traffic.
"There are no reports of any casualties.
"Please avoid the area for the time being."
