AN AWARD-WINNING bed and breakfast in Llandudno remains on the market more than a year after being put up for sale.

St Hilary Guest House, on the promenade, was previously on the market with Dafydd Hardy, and remains for sale with estate agent Sidney Phillips Ltd for a freehold price of £490,000.

The Grade II listed, four-star hotel is made up of nine bedrooms, with private three-bedroom living quarters.

There are also front and rear gardens and dining and lounge spaces.

The business won TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice awards in 2020, 2021 and 2022, and its net income of £75,000 has “potential for growth”, the estate agent said.

St Hilary Guest House is one of several hotels and bed and breakfasts in Llandudno which are on the market, include The Trevone and The Marine Hotel.

The hotel previously appeared on Channel 4’s Four in a Bed back in 2020.
