THREE men have been arrested following incidents of burglary, criminal damage and theft in Llandudno.

On Good Friday, March 29, North Wales Police received several reports connected to incidents that happened in the early hours of the morning at various commercial premises in Llandudno town centre.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Three males were subsequently arrested, and have since been bailed whilst detectives in CID continue their investigation."

One of the premises targeted was Seymour’s Café in Llandudno.

Heartless thieves smashed the cafe window and pinched charity boxes.

Seymour’s Café posted on Facebook: "They smashed the glass and got in which resulted in them taking the till (even though this was left open and empty).

"They broke the cake domes and even stole the charity boxes.

"Luckily for us the till was found down an alley way not too far from us so we have managed get it back.

"Luckily we were able to open by 11.30am and we’ve had an extremely busy day.

"Just want to say how thankful we are everyone that has helped us get back up and running so quickly today, but especially to North Wales Police for everything they have done for today for us, and to Merv from Bangor Cash Register for coming out to sort a new till for us this morning."

Seymour’s Café have been approached for further comment.
