A BUILDING in Llandudno that has been home to a printing shop for a decade is set to be sold at auction.

The 42 Madoc Street site, which is home to the busy Place2Print printing shop, is to be sold by Auction House South Wales on May 1.

Described as an “investment opportunity”, the three-floor building is made up of the business, a three-bed maisonette and another floor “in need of refurbishment”.

With a guide price of £115,000, it is on the market with Dafydd Hardy, who said in their listing: “This retail unit is situated on a busy street in a central location.

“There is a maisonette above, which is in need of improvements.

“The maisonette comprises: entrance vestibule and hall, lounge opening into dining room, kitchen, bathroom and main bedroom on the first floor.

“A further staircase leads up to the top floor which provides two bedrooms, both with sloping ceilings and skylight windows.

“Conveniently located for local amenities, shops and transport links.”

Place2Print has been at the site for around 10 years, and is set to remain at the site.

Owner Liz Castro confirmed that the business is not included in the auction.
