Warrington Town 0 Colwyn Bay 1

COLWYN Bay's great away form was in evidence at a critical time on Saturday away to Warrington Town when a Danny Grannon goal on three minutes became the defining moment, despite Bay being dominant throughout the game.

The Unibond League North One title race is becoming a dog fight between the five top teams, who are drawing away from the rest and dropping very few point, making for an intriguing contest, even this early in the season, in relation to the crucial play off places in the promotion stakes.

Four of the five teams are at home this Saturday so Bay need to be up for it and they need the fans out in numbers in this Saturday's game against Harrogate RMA who are next to bottom although winning only their third game last Saturday.

Bay Manager Neil Young will be looking towards what injuries he has but no doubt will have to be juggling with Grannon and Luke Denson (thigh) injured on Saturday when Stuart Graves and Carl Clampitt were out.

Ryan Williams will be back.

The good news is that the ex-Colwyn Bay skipper James Olsen should start the game.
