UNBEATEN League leaders, Busby Baybes, lost the first game of the season by the very impressive display and organised O.C. Milan and finally ran out 2-1 deserved winners.
It was a bad night all round for Busbys, when first of all they had the wrong kick-off time.
Goals for Busby, Richard Roberts and O.C. Milan, Steve Pollock and Danny Rawlinson.
O.C. Evolution also had a well deserved win against Park Utd and winning by the same score, 2-1.
Rhuddlan Rejects made it another win, this time 7-3 against Llandudno Lions,
With new signing Connor Bowler scoring a hatrick, Brett Sadler, Eddie Erdogan scoring two each and one by Joel Hughes The Futsal Fusiliers easily beat Hardly Athletic.
With Busby Baybes losing, VC’s Got Talent closed the gap at the top of the league to seven points as they put 12 past The Brady Bunch with no reply, goals from Matty Sykes (four), Rich Orme (three), Richard Jones (two), Darren Evans (two), Steve Roberts.
Old Colwyn Galacticos had another fine 8-1 win over Barry Scott, to keep the pressure on the top teams.
In the final game of the night The M Hunters played The Red Army and in the reverse fixture earlier in the season this is the only three points Red Army have and on this occasion The Hunters won 4-2, it would have been many more if it not the outstanding performance of Red Army’s goalkeeper Steve O’Neil.
The Futebol Conwy League are always looking for new teams, so if any one is interested in joining the league in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno please contact 01492 860015.
