Toby Jones got the ball rolling in the third minute, slotting home after being put through on goal by his brother Ricky.
He made it two on 28 minutes, before Rob King settled the result within half an hour, helping a Mark Orme header into the back of the net.
The opening to the second half saw Holywell spirits lift, but Kings second of the game, beating the away keeper to a free kick, made it 4-0.
Jamie Jones had an effort ruled out for offside and Joe Williams went close with a 25 yard howitzer, before Toby Jones completed his hattrick with a rifled finish.
Ollie Walters’ snapshot in the final minute rounded off another outstanding day for United.
Denbigh Town 3 Glan Conwy 0
GLAN CONWY were brought back to earth with a bump after last week’s excellent performance against Holyhead, going down 3-0 in Denbigh.
The home side were one up after the minutes thanks to a Mike Sharples strike, and Jon Slater made it two on the half hour mark, scoring after a great save from Arron Peel.
The second half saw Glan Conwy return looking fired up after a disappointing opening, with Bobby Tudor striking a post after a great run.
Nathan Jones saw his effort come back off the bar and hitman Andy Booker went close with a header in one of those days for Glan, with Ian Evans netting a match-sealing third goal on the counter in the final minute.
The result leaves Glan Conwy in sixth place in the table, whilst the reserves had their fixture at Llandyrnog cancelled after the referee failed to arrive.
