A man was treated at the scene after falling from his motorbike on Colwyn Bay promenade this morning.
The Welsh Ambulance Service was called at about 9am to reports of a collision.
An emergency ambulance crew was sent to the scene where the man was assessed but did bot require hospital treatment.
North Wales Police also attended the scene.
