A 34 YEAR old Old Colwyn man was arrested this week for possession of class A drugs with intent to supply together with two imitation firearms.
The arrest was made following intelligence gathered as part of Operation Scorpion, the continuing action against drug misuse by North Wales Police.
The man has since been released under investigation.
District Inspector James Keene said: “In line with the forces’ Operation Scorpion, our goal is to target those involved in serious and organised crime. We ask anyone with information regarding drug dealing activity in the West Conwy area to please report it, either direct to North Wales Police on 101, via the web live chat http://www.north-wales.police.uk/contact/chat-support.aspx or by phoning Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
