A Mochdre based coach company has endured an "absolutely horrendous" week after being targeted by vandals.

Vicky's Coaches had their vehicles broken in to three times last week with the third on the early hours of Saturday night.

Three men were seen by company staff in and around the coaches at which stage police were called.

Two Colwyn Bay men, one in his 50s and one in his 20s, were arrested at the scene for vehicle interference.

The man in his 50s was later charged and conditionally bailed to appear in the Llandudno Magistrates Court on May 2.

A third Colwyn Bay man, in his 20s, has also been charged with vehicle interference and will appear in the same court on the same day.

Owner of Vicky's Coaches, Vicky Alexander, said: "It’s been an absolutely horrendous week for us, the thieves have damaged the coaches to get in to them.

"We have worked hard all week to keep the vehicles on the road and all trips have been running as normal."

Police are calling for anyone with further information to call 101 and quote crime reference number 18300042719.
