THIS is the damage to a kitchen following a chip pan fire in a house.
Both a kitchen and a lounge were damaged during a blaze in Penrhyn Bay, which happened on Monday afternoon.
Two fire engines were called to the scene, one from Llandudno and the other from Colwyn Bay.
The occupants had already evacuated the property before the arrival of firefighters.
