AN EXHIBITION of work by four artists will open at Ffin y Parc Gallery, Llanrwst later this month.
The artists are: painters Chris Neale, James Guy Eccleston, Lyndon Thomas and sculptor Sharon Griffin. The exhibition will be open from Sunday, June 24 until Wednesday, July 18.
Chris said: “Painting is a passion I have had since I was young. I have an intense relationship with my subject and see the landscape with a graphic eye.”
James said: “Most of my smaller oil paintings are of interesting soft toys I've rescued and re homed from charity shops around Wales.”
Lynton said: “The bulk of my subject matter is the landscape of North Pembrokeshire and the Llyn Peninsula, the two western extremities of Wales.”
Sharon said: “My work sometimes has an unfinished quality which adds to the idea the figure is a suggestion of a living being rather than a still ornamental object.”
