LLANGEFNI Town advanced to the Lock Stock Cookson Cup second round with a 1-0 win over Llanrwst United.

Steve Jones helped himself to four goals and Meilir Williams hit a hat-trick for Penrhyndeudraeth in their thrilling 9-4 extra-time home win over Mynydd Llandegai, with Barmouth and Dyffryn United pulling out of the competition prior to their contest with Llandudno Junction.
