MIDFIELDER Tom McCready has extended his loan deal with Colwyn Bay for a further month.
The 26-year-old has impressed since joining the Evo-Stik North club in mid-January, helping them to two wins and two draws in his four games so far.
Manager Alan Morgan, said: “Tom has done well for us and I’m delighted to keep him for another month as we chase a play-off place.”
The Seagulls are currently three points behind sixth-placed Trafford with games in hand on the majority of their rivals around them, and they face another stern test of their credentials when Morgan’s men host Brighouse Town on Saturday.
The club are less optimistic about the long-term fitness of Danny Bartles, who has been suffering with knee injury problems that have left his status in doubt for the remainder of the campaign.
