COLWYN Bay’s Easter Monday clash with Prescot Cables has been rescheduled for Thursday evening (7.45pm).

The Seagulls face an extremely busy end to the campaign following a series of postponements, with their run of three home games in the space of five days that will determine their Evo-stik North playoff hopes.

Alan Morgan’s men welcome sixth-placed Trafford to Llanelian Road on Saturday (3pm), who occupy the final playoff place and currently sit seven points ahead of Bay who have three games in hand.

This will be a pivotal clash in their pursuit of promotion, and their action-packed week continues when they welcome Ossett Town on Tuesday.

The Seagulls should have Danny Andrews back for their game against Cables after he attended his brother’s wedding on Saturday, while Louis Barnes faces a late test on his hamstring and Billy Sass-Davies will need a late check after pulling out of their defeat at Glossop North End with a back problem.

Following their busy run they close out the campaign with games against South Shields, Scarborough Athletic, Clitheroe and Droylsden, before ending the season at league leaders Hyde United, who recently secured the services of former Bay loanee Elliot Rokka.
