COLWYN Bay are hosting a supporters evening next week as preparations gather pace for the new side.

The Evo-stik League side are inviting everyone associated with the club to the event, which will take place at the Four Crosses Construction Area on Friday, June 22 from 7pm.

Seagulls’ boss Alan Morgan will be on hand at the meeting and will answer any questions that supporters may have on his plans for the upcoming campaign, as the former Llandudno manager looks to build on a positive first few months at the club.

Morgan, together with assistant Craig Hogg and coach Neil Coverley, are currently is discussions with a number of potential signings as they look to fill the void left by the talented duo of Astley Mulholland and Jack Hindle, who both signed big-money deals at ambitious National League side Barrow.

They have already bolstered their attacking options with the signing of Ethan Devine from Tranmere Rovers, and the new recruit met up with his teammates for their first strength and conditioning session earlier this week.

Although a number of squad members were unable to attend due to previously booked holidays, there was a good turnout for the session, which is the first in a series before pre-season officially begins next month.

There will also be an update on the club’s reserve and academy structures during the meeting.
