KINMEL Bay advanced to the Normac Precision Engineering Premier Cup second round with a convincing 6-2 home triumph over Machno United.

A two-goal salvo from Jack Williams proved to be the difference for Llandudno Athletic as they sealed a 3-2 derby success at Llandudno Amateurs, and Aaron Hands netted an extra time winner for Rhos United in their 5-4 victory over St Asaph City Youth.

Llanfairfechan Town returned to Vale of Clwyd and Conwy Premier Division action with a narrow 1-0 triumph at Bro Cernyw thanks to a superb solo effort from Joel Taylor, and Rhyl Youth also picked up a hugely impressive away win as goals from Josh Brown, Sam Jones and Dan Price gave them a 3-2 result at title hopefuls Cerrigydrudion.

The only Division One contest of the day saw Llanrwst United Reserves win 4-2 at Llysfaen.
