A HOTEL in the centre of Llandudno remains on the market for a six-figure sum, more than a year after being put up for sale.

The Wilton, on the promenade, went on the market in late summer 2021 with owners Paul Burke and Joanne Oliver looking to retire.

Originally for sale for £695,000, the hotel is now available for £660,000 with commercial agent Christie and Co.

The four-star 14-bed hotel is described as “attractive”, and is made up of five floors including a guest lounge, bedrooms and owners’ accommodation.

Overlooking the promenade and Llandudno’s famous Pier, its location would be the envy of many a prospective buyer.

The estate agent’s listing states: “The Wilton Hotel is an attractive rendered end terrace, five storey, Victorian Grade II Listed property with public areas on the ground floor, letting rooms across the upper floors, with owner's accommodation situated to the lower ground floor.

“The hotel currently offers a 4 star bed and breakfast service, with car parking to the rear.”
