Adams Stephen Thomas Sunday 23rd June 2019 Passed away in Glan Clwyd Hospital and of Rhyl formerly of Mochdre, aged 75 years. A much loved husband to Brenda, Dad and granddad. Steve will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A service to take place on Friday 5th July at 2.00pm at Bron-Y-Nant Crematorium, Colwyn Bay. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu will be gratefully received to The British Heart Foundation.
