TOY KEITH JG Died 12th June 2020, aged 77. Husband of Rose, father of Caroline and Doug, grandfather of Dave, Georgia and Billy. Doctor of Philosophy, former Head of English at Eirias High School, County Councillor, and instrumental in the building of the Upper Colwyn Bay Community Centre.
