The Marriage of STEPHEN D. CATON of Colwyn Bay and JOANNE HESKETH of Oswestry, took place at Whittington Parish Church on 30th July 2008.The bride, a Teacher at a local school wore an Ivory Satin Dress with 5ft Train, the Bodice, Train and Hem were Embroidered with Pearls and Swarovski Crystals. A Swarovski Crystal Tiara secured her veil. She carried a bouquet of Ivory Roses and Cala Lillies. She was given away by John her father.Joanne was attended by her two Sisters Nicola and Caroline, who wore Red Silk knee length dress with Ivory sash and underlay. They carried posys of Ivory and Red Roses.The Groom a local business man of Colwyn Bay, was attended by two best men, Reyaz Salih and George Walker all wearing dark suits, Victorian Collar shirts and Ivory Ties.The Brides mother wore an outfit in Pink and Cream, her hat being Ivory with Pink and Ivory feathers. She gave a reading "Blessing for a Marriage" by James Dillet Freeman.The Grooms mother wore an outfit of Cream and Khaki complimented with a Coral Hat. She gave a reading from Corinthain 1 CH13. The Ceremony was officiated by Rev. P.D.R. North. The Reception enjoyed by over 60 guests was held in the Sweeney Hall Country Hotel Nr. Oswestry, followed in the evening by a Buffett. The dancing being led off by Stephen and Joanne who gave an outstanding First Dance.The happy couple Honeymooned at Lake Garda in Italy. Congratulations from both families.
