Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1 (1) a (2), 2 (1) i (3), a 4(2) a (3) a Rhan III o Atodlen 9 Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, gyda'r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg yn ystod y cyfnodau y cyfeirir atynt ar y damau o ffordd a nodiryn yr Atodlen isod.
?arperir eithriadau yn y Gorchymyn arfaethedig i ganiatau aros ar y darnau o ffordd y cyfeirir atynt yn yr Atodlen at ddibenion mynd i mewn ac allan o gerbyd, llwytho a dadlwytho, a gwaith cynnal a chadw, trwsio ac yn y blaen.
Bydd eithriadau yn y Gorchymyn arfaethedig hefyd i ganiatau i gerbydau sy'n arddangos Bathodyn Person Anabl a Disg Parcio i Bobl Anabl i aros ar y darnau ffordd a nodir yn Atodlen y Gorchymyn arfaethedig am gyfnod o hyd at 3 awr (nad yw'n gyfnod a gaiff ei wahanu gan gyfnod o lai nag 1 awr o gyfnod blaenorol o aros gan yr un cerbyd ar yr un diwrnod).
DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PERMANENT PROHIBITION (COW LANE AND PARK STREET, DENBIGH)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 201 . ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Denbighshire County Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and (3), and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit the waiting of vehicles during the times referred to in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.
Exceptions will be provided in the proposed Order to permit waiting in the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule for the purposes of alighting, boarding, loading and unloading, and works of maintenance, repair and the like.
Exceptions will also be provided in the proposed Order to allow vehicles displaying both a Disabled Person's Badge and a Disabled Person's Parking Disc to wait in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule of the proposed Order for a period not exceeding 3 hours (not being a period separated by an interval of less than 1 hour from a previous period of waiting by the same vehicle on the same day).
The relevant documents concerning the proposals can be read in more detail on the council's website and at Denbigh Library, Hall Square Denbigh, also at the council's offices at Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh and at its Ruthin offices at County Hall during normal opening hours.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should do so either by submitting responses to a questionnaire, to which the proposals relate, using Denbighshire County Council's website under road traffic regulation orders, current consultations, or by sending a written statement of objection, stating the grounds on which the objection is made to the Head of Legal HR and Democratic Services, Denbighshire County Council, PO Box 62, Ruthin LL15 9AZ, by no later than 20th December 2019. 1.1 Both sides; from the projected

kerbline on the south easterly side of Park Street for its whole length, a distance of 60 metres in a south easterly direction. Park Street
2.1 South easterly side; from the projected kerbline on the north easterly side of Cow Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.

2.2 South easterly side; from the projected south westerly boundary of Cow Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.
