Rhoddir rhybudd drwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud gwaith lliniaru llifogydd yn y lleoliadau a nodir yn yr atodlen isod, dan Reoliad 5(1) y rheoliadau uchod, ac nid yw'n bwriadu paratoi Datganiad Amgylcheddol gan mai gwaith i adnewyddu adeileddau sy'n bod eisoes yw hwn.

Lleoliad/Cyfeiriad: Gwaith Lliniaru Llifogydd - Maes Hyfryd a Bodlondeb, Glan Conwy.

Crynodeb Byr o'r Gwaith: Mae'r gwaith yn cynnwys ailadeiladu'r sgrin brigau gwreiddiol a strwythur cilfach yng nghyffordd Maes Hyfryd a Ffordd Top Llan ar y cwrs dwr na enwyd ger Maes Hyfryd.

Bydd gwaith hefyd yn cynnwys newid ac ehangu rhan o'r cwlfert sy'n cludo'r cwrs dwr na enwyd i gefn eiddo a elwir yn Bodlondeb ar yrA470.

Gellir archwilio cynlluniau sy'n dangos lleoliad y gwaith ar gais yn Swyddfeydd y Cyngor ym Mochdre.

Dylai sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau ynghylch y cais gael eu gwneud yn ysgrifenedig, gan roi cyfeiriad i anfon gohebiaeth sy'n gysylltiedig a'r sylwadau neu wrthwynebiad, at Mr Geraint Edwards, Pennaeth Gwasanaeth yr Amgylchedd, Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau, Ffordd Conwy, Mochdre, Bae Colwyn, LL28 5AB, cyn pen 30 niwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn gan ddyfynnu cyfeirnod perthnasol y prosiect a nodir uchod.

NOTIFICATIONS FOR FLOOD ALLEVIATION WORKS WITHIN CONWY COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that Conwy County Borough Council intends to undertake flood alleviation works at the locations identified in the below schedule, under Regulation 5(1) of the above regulations, and does not intend to prepare an Environmental Statement as the works are refurbishment of existing structures.

Project Ref: EP1401A

Location/Address: Flood Alleviation Works - Maes Hyfryd and Bodlondeb, Glan Conwy.

Brief Works Summary: The works involve the reconstruction of the original trash screen and inlet structure at the junction of Maes Hyfryd and Top Llan Road on the unnamed watercourse adjacent to Maes Hyfryd.

Works will also involve the replacement and enlargement of a section of culvert conveying the unnamed watercourse to the rear of property known as Bodlondeb located on the A470.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected upon request at the Mochdre Council Offices, Mochdre.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to Mr Geraint Edwards, Head of Environment, Roads and Facilities Service, Conway Road, Mochdre, Colwyn Bay, LL28 5AB, within 30 days of the date of this notice quoting the relevant project reference above.
