Restaurant bosses have released the first image showing how their new eatery in Llandudno will look.
The image, revealed by Anglesey-based Dylan’s Restaurant, comes after the company announced securing it’s third venue in North Wales – the Grade II listed Washington building in East Parade.
A programme of refurbishments is to get underway before the end of the year, with the restaurant expected to open in late spring 2017.
Dylan's Director, David Evans said: “This is an ambitious project, which demonstrates our commitment to North Wales. We are confident that we can secure the funding required to meet our opening date target.
“We will be restoring it sympathetically and in keeping with its period and location – just as we did with art deco style Morannedd building in Criccieth."

Mr Evans continued: “As with our Menai Bridge and Criccieth restaurants, this will combine menus featuring local seafood and seasonal produce, a warm and friendly service and a unique, waterside location."
Cllr Carol Marubbi, mayor of Llandudno, said: “I think we’re all in favour of it, it is a building which needed renovating.
”It’s going to be very good for the town and it will create jobs.”

The £1.5m project will create up to 40 new jobs, bringing the total number of staff across Dylan's three restaurant sites and their Llangefni based prep kitchen and head office to 180.
