The biggest selling UK country act of all time will unveil their exciting next step in Llandudno this summer.

After an incredible three years, The Shires’ Ben Earle and Crissie Rhodes will arrive at Venue Cymru armed with yet more masterfully written New-Country tales from their upcoming third album Accidentally on Purpose.

For their third album, the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire natives fully embraced their kinship with country and western mecca Nashville leading to even more heart achingly beautiful music.

The Southern - south of Watford Gap, rather than of the Mason Dixon line - artists have won over country diehards on both sides of the pond, being first British band to win a Country Music Award in the US and their debut album Brave first ever British country album to enter the UK Top Ten in 2015. .

Speaking of the album, Earle said: “Accidentally on Purpose is full of personal songs that really sums up the whirlwind journey we’ve been on together. From the first day we met, we’ve been crazy dreamers with big plans, who really believed that Country could break into the UK mainstream.

The British country superstars have amassed an impressive list of accolades since they first foot stomped into the history, their second album, My Universe, became the fastest-selling British country album of all time, adding another gold certified albums to their collection inside 12 months.

The duo’s upcoming album picks up the band's whirlwind journey through a combination of classic, massive country-pop choruses with an infusion of modern country’s penchant for pop hooks and mainstream sensibilities.
