AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after a man was found unconscious.
Police, Fire and Ambulance crews were called to the incident involving the man, who was on top of scaffolding on Rhos Road in Rhos-on-Sea, on Friday, March 23.
A spokesperson from the Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We were called at approximately 10.55am to reports of an unconscious male on top of scaffolding. We sent one emergency ambulance and a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle."
A HSE spokesperson said: “HSE is aware of the incident and is investigating alongside the police. As the investigation is ongoing we are unable to comment further at this time.”
North Wales Police are not treating the incident as suspicious.
