PLANS to convert the former pump house at Rhos-on-Sea into a Chinese restaurant are to go before Conwy planners again.
This follows refusal of planning permission last year for the listed building off Cysgod Y Bryn, but the reason for refusal have been dealt with in the new application.
Tammy Wilford, agent for the applicant, Mr Fu Lee who owns a restaurant in Caernarfon, said: “The previous application was refused because the proposals for the internal arrangements of this listed building were not in line with the demands of the planning authority. They have been altered in the new application.”
