More than 1000 Llandudno Junction residents were left without power after workers in the area cut a cable.
Power went out in the area just before midday and was off for about an hour coming back on at 1.10pm.
A Scottish Power spokesperson said the outage was a result of another company working in the area cutting one of their cables.
The spokesperson said: "Quite a lot of customers were affected, but the power was back on at 1.09pm.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused but it was due to another company that was working in the area."
