A ferret found walking the streets of Llandudno has been handed into the RSPCA.
Police picked up the domesticated animal this morning (Friday) on Trinity Avenue. An appeal, for the owner to come forward, was made.
North Wales Police have now taken the ferret to the RSPCA in Colwyn Bay.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A bit of a happy ending. The ferret that was found in Llandudno earlier today is now in the safe hands of colleagues from RSPCA BrynYMaen.
"A huge thank you to everyone who offered us advice. We just hope that the ferret is reunited with its owner very soon."
