MEMBERS of the public are encouraged to take part in Llandudno's Memory Walk to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.
The Memory Walk initiative is a campaign by the Alzheimer’s Society, throughout the country. It will take place on Sunday September 9, has been organised locally by Home Instead Senior Care.
It will be a leisurely stroll along the promenade. Starting from the Lifeboat Station and finishing at the pier, the route is flat and easily accessible.
A spokesman for Home Instead Senior Care said: “Everyone should be very proud of the money that has been raised over the years for this worthy cause. We hope this year's event is just as successful.” Participants are asked to sign in at the Lifeboat Station, open from 12.30pm and the walk is set to begin at 1.30pm.
