THE teddy bear wasn’t too big, it wasn’t too small, it was just right, according to the judgement of children at Ysgol San Sior.
It was presented to the school by Mochdre based company, Be My Bear, to mark Bring Your Teddy Bear to Work and School day on Wednesday, and turned up in its own school uniform of T-shirt sporting the school logo, baseball cap and trainers
Pippa Thomas, director of Be My Bear Ltd, said: “The bear will be named by the children and he will be getting up to all sorts of adventures with the pupils of class one from egg collecting to gecko feeding and bee keeping at the school, as well as occasional visits home with the pupils.
"The children will be photographing and writing a short journal of the bear's activities.”
Be My Bear specialises in selling kits to make teddy bears and other animals.
