A TRACTOR run 30 miles through the Conwy countryside has been organised to raise funds for the Wales Air Ambulance.
This will be the fourth run arranged by Beryl and Gareth Lloyd from who own G W Lloyd Garage Services in Bryn-y-Maen. It will start 10.00am next Sunday.
Beryl said: “Previously the run has attracted up to 50 tractors, and we have raised more than £500 from entrance fees and the proceeds of a raffle we hold, and we have supported St David’s hospice, the Alzheimer Society and the Stroke Association.”
The route starts in Bryn-y-Maen and runs to Mochdre, Bryn Pydew, Llanelian and to Betws-yn-Rhos for the lunch stop at Silver Birch golf club café. Afterwards it takes in Llangernyw and back to Bryn-y-Maen for the finish.
